Today we did 2 laps warmup, stretching and drills. Then distance went to the hill and did 8 hill strides and then we went for our run.
Today we went to Fairmont and did 10 strides, then to Liberty and went the long way back and then once at the track I did a couple grass laps to get to 10. I was able to keep up with Tomy and Chris until the very top of the hill just below the school. :) |
