Good workout today, it was tough but I worked through it. 2 miles warmup and 1 mile speed changes, then changed shoes and did a lap. Workout was 1x2000, 3x500, 3x400, 3x300. We did an 800 recovery whenever we switched distances and idk how much recovery between each interval I just went with it. We were supposed to go straight into recovery not stop for a bit then go like I usually do, that was hard when it got to the shorter stuff. The 2000 was at 2 mile pace then the rest faster. I hit 7:07, 1:43, 1:42, 1:45, 79, 79, 79, 54, 51, 52. Doesn't seem like that fast but trust me it was hard. But I really worked and pulling off those last 300s was really difficult, huge thanks to Bill and Diwas for being there to push me. It really helps to have someone there. Then did a 2 mile cool down to get to 12.

Bill said something after practice that made me realize everything's gonna change soon. I think I've been avoiding it, but now I think it's time to accept it and enjoy these last few months. I'm stoked to go to SUU but I'm really gonna miss the team and my amazing coach.
