Speed today to get ready for Great Southwest! Actually felt good to do speed, weird. Anyway, mile warmup and mile speed changes then changed into flats. Then did another lap and started the workout. It was 1000, 400, 800, 400, 600, 400, 400, 400. We alternated the speed for each interval every other one, so I was supposed to hit for the 1000- 3:32, 800- 2:50, 600- 2:07, and 400- 85. The faster 400s were supposed to be at 78-80 and very last one sub-75. I hit 3:32, 77, 2:52, 79, 2:08, 76, 85, 72. I feel good about it, the 800 and 600 maybe could have been faster (I was stubborn when the pace was too fast 400 into it and slowed down, then had to speed back up the last 100. If I had stuck with Bill I would've hit my time, but still came pretty close. The slower 400 I had learned my lesson and stuck right on him, sure enough we hit it right on.)

Anyway, good workout, happy with it and I know it'll help me for Great Southwest!
