AM:

4 with Megan again. Today we did some unwanted hills and then had to pick up the pace at the end, so it was a little harder than normal :)

PM:

Today I was feeling tired and hungry, but I just worked through it. The first 2 miles kinda sucked because a lot of it was uphill. We went up 9th to Foothill and then up past the zoo, onto Wasatch and then to the drinking fountain on Foothill. Then we went along Foothill to 13th to 19th to sunnyside. Then Bill and I added on guardsman to the light and back, then a bit more at the school to get to 11. I started out with Bill then when Tomy and Chris came up on us I went with them, but then started to fall off of them at foothill. I missed the next light and so they got farther ahead. But I didn't let that affect me, I still pushed. I warmed up and it wasn't bad anymore. I started to pick it up a bit on Wasatch. Then around 13th Bill caught me. The last couple miles also were difficult, but manageable.

It still was a pretty good run, I feel like I'm getting faster finally! I'm flashing back to summer and I want to be as good as I was then. I'm excited to start racing again and see where I'm at!

You are doing excellently Sarah. Way to keep positive with your running. That really is one of the most important things I have come to learn about running. I am excited to see you race!
