Better day today. I am a bit done with hospitals - I had to go back for an appointment this morning. Shoveled walks for 3 hours, took a nap, then felt meh but went outside anyways. Roads were clearer than this morning. I took the trail to parks then to campus, Walmart and trail back home. About a mile into it I felt surprisingly good. Crazy how much easier running is when your spirits are a bit higher. That’s what spring break is for, eh? Glad to have a good day. 7:26 average

Observation- when I think about school I get stressed and spiral down into depression again. Solution- don’t do homework! Lol

Hey Sarah! I just got back in town from vacation. We went to Pinetop, AZ (around 7,300 ft.) We got snowed on today and yesterday. I'm not used to that white stuff! Haha! Anyway, I was worried about you because I was limited to my internet access. Glad to see you still actively blogging!

Been thinking about you. I’m sorry you are struggling so much, but really appreciate you sharing your experiences. Don’t hesitate to do everything that is necessary to get fully healthy. I know that you decided to power through with school and running, and I respect your decision. But, if you need a break from all the stressors in life while you concentrate on getting healthy, that’s a great option too. At the very least, summer is coming and I hope you can concentrate completely on your health. You have so much to offer the world, and I hope to see you happy, healthy, and coping well. Loves to you.

Hey Burt! That’s awesome! How was your trip? Awww I’m sorry to make you worried haha. Thanks for checking up on me :) I’ll be sure to continue to blog!

Emily- Thank you, I appreciate your thoughts and concern. I’m doing a bit better now :) I appreciate you for saying that, I think taking time to get healthy is important. I still wonder if I made the right choice to stay in classes, but I think being able to stay productive and have a structured schedule with people counting on me will be good for me too :)

It was a fun trip, but a bunch of us got sick. I have a sore throat now. LOL!
