Met at Sunnyside and did a lap, then Shriners run. When we got to the first fountain, the boys wanted to wait for everyone else before we went back, Eleanor needed to get back and I was tightening up so I went with her. Turns out the boys went to the second fountain, but oh well. Went to 5.25 with Eleanor then added up Sunnyside to get to 6. I'm kind of sore, which is weird. Today's run felt good. We started out slow but when I was with Eleanor we picked it up. Felt much better than earlier this week. I find that when I'm home I hydrate much better than when I'm out of town. I think that's part if why I feel a lot better today.
