Practice was at Sugarhouse. We did a full lap warmup, my knee didn't feel good from the start. It bothered me when we were going up the hill and turning onto 17th, sharp pain again. Went away and was fine until going down 21st a little later. Really was bad going back into the park down the hill, had to slow down a ton to lessen the pain, which now came with almost every step. Stopped for a minute to walk, then continued to the fountain, the pain not so bad. Then we went over to the State hill and did 4 of those, only had one that was decent. The knee wasn't too bad, bearable but I was still careful about it. Then went over to the white tree and did that hill six times. I didn't go as fast as I could have because I was still paranoid about my knee. Maybe it was stupid of me. I wonder if part of the problem was that I stopped taking Ibuprofen this weekend, I just don't like taking it for a long time. Then ran over to another fountain and down to Emmaline's house for breakfast, Happy Birthday Emmaline!
