Ran to the school, then we did Shriners run to the Fire station, back down and when we got to Sunnyside we did a lap. I cut out early and ran back home. Ran with Jakob for most of it. Felt pretty good. It's crazy that it's the middle of December and it feels like the beginning of spring! I'm loving it now, but I hope it snows for Christmas!

I hope we have a white Christmas too! It's such a great time of year to spend with family and friends snuggled by a roaring fire in the fireplace while sipping Hot Cocoa and watching Chevy Chase in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. It is not the same when it is this hot. Today, here in San Diego, it was 75. I drove around a little and christmas yard ornaments and Christmas lights seem out of place. We live in a great place, I will take 4 seasons over this anyday. Bring on the snow. Then melt away quickly so we can train. This is a running blog, not a place for rambling on about the good old days, politics and the like. SO GOOD JOB THIS WEEK ON BUMPING UP YOUR WEEKLY MILEAGE AND BUILDING BACK YOUR BASE. Do the little things. SUB5:)
