I ran Cross Country and Track at Southern Utah University for almost 3 years then transferred to Brigham Young University—Idaho where I am currently enrolled. I also served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Independence, Missouri.

Today was speed. We ran up to the track, then we did 2 laps and a mile of speed changes. Then we did another 2 laps before starting the speed. We did 1200, 800, 400, and 4x200s. On the 1200 I was supposed to hit 85s so 4:15. I hit 81, 2:48 (87), and 4:13 (85). Then for the 800 we were supposed to speed up to 80s, so 2:40. I hit 81, 2:47 (86). So I slowed down too much. Then for the 400 I was supposed to hit 78-80, I hit 77. Then the 200s were all between 34-35. Then a grass lap and up to sunnyside, a lap, and back to the track for cool down. On the faster stuff my asthma started acting up.
