today we went to the oval and did 200s and a mile. I was not feeling good, so I did not do so well. I was ahead of Abigail for most of them though, but she ended up being ahead of me on the last few. 8 miles

today we went to the track and did 300s. We went up to sunnyside and did a lap around and down to the track as a warm up and did speed changes there. Then the 300s began. Yet again, I was not feeling too good. I was usually behind the group. :( Maybe next week will be better. I don't think the races this weekend will go too well.

So the oval, and it was a race day. I did the mile. We did a 2 mile warm up outside, and then I did speed changes with Bill and Natalie. I wasn't feeling it. I did drills, and I ended up being in the 2nd fastest heat, and I just would like to say being in the front is so much better than being in the back. Ug. Well, it was okay. I just really don't like breaking the streak I had for setting a new PR every race. It's okay though. Maybe next time.

Oval again, 800 and the 2 mile. I was in the fastest heat for the 2 mile and I was dead last. :( 800 I was in 2nd fastest heat, and I got a 2:47. I did a 3 mile warmup, raced, did lots of strides, and did a very long cool down to make it to 17 miles today.
