Haley realigned my hip then said I could do warmups, if hamstring felt good I could do form mile, if it felt good then I had to talk to Clinton. Well it felt pretty good pain was about a 2 out of 10 so Clinton said I could do another mile. Wanted to go more but Clinton wouldn't let me. Said I could bump it up a mile tomorrow.
