Shriner's run, hamstring tightened up a lot towards the end. Other than that it was a great run.

Ran to sugarhouse, did a grass lap, back along 1700 E then up to foothill and to 900 S then back home along Military Dr.

VA loop, 4 miles. My runs have been 7:55 to 8:00 pace, nice and relaxed which feels awesome. I'm becoming more like the average American, running solely to stay in shape. Oh also to have fun, but that's probably what separates me from them. The average American most certainly thinks running is torture, only those of us dedicated enough to get past the wall of death (AKA actually getting in shape) can experience the joys of running. Luckily I'm not (yet) down to the level of making completely unrealistic new year's resolutions only to discover getting in shape actually requires effort.

Wasatch loop again, it's getting toasty! Granted I ran at the hottest part of the day. Had trouble breathing today, allergies? Kneecap pain is back, I will be icing it later.
