As confusing as Bill might be when giving directions, I wish he was there so I would have known at least some of the run we were doing. Tomy wouldn't tell us. We just left. Great.

Anyway, I followed the group for a little bit, and kept up until like the 2 mile mark (funny, that's kinda where I always fell off in indoor track...huh. Gotta work on that.) Then I started crashing, and right under my calves I was super tight, and glad for an excuse to stop, I stretched. Then up came Abigail and Kiley, and I tried to stay with them, but by now my calves were killing, and so I stopped again. THen I had no idea where the others had gone, but I saw where Abigail and Kiley went, so I followed them. Then my calves were killing again, but I did NOT want to lose sight them, so I ran through it. I hate the bushes and stuff that go over the sidewalk, because that's where I lost sight. I guessed where they went and went down to 2000 E, but found construction, so turned around and went on 2100 and found a really weird street that didn't go through to where I wanted it to, then turned around and went back to the construction. But along that street I saw a girl pushing a dog in a baby stroller. That was a crazy sight!!! I had to run in the street because they blocked the sidewalk, and it was by a light so it was scary :0 Anyway, then I went along there for a really long time, then found where I was and went back to sugarhouse. 

I really hate getting lost.

AM:

So we met at sunnyside today. We ran to the gully thing and did 3 laps I think I don't really know I just know I did all of them :) Well I was like dying on it as we sped up. the combination of speed and hills really made me tired and I was ready to puke. But Bill made me keep running, so I finished. :) thanks Bill! Anyway then we did core when we got back, and then the more experienced went for a run while the others just did a lap around sunnyside.

We did the shriners run, except we went up to foothill and along there to guardsman, and then we went the normal way from there. Except we went to the drinking fountain farther than the one we normally go to. Bill was there to push me, again thanks. Then on the way back I started with Abigail and Kiley, but I felt like it was a little slow, and so I decided to go faster. Bill was going to catch up. Ended up being a total of 10.58, but I'm making it an even 10.5 because I can't stand the not even stuff :)

So it was pipeline today. Guess what??? It was the first time that I actually made it to the turn-around point!!! :) I started running with Tomy, Chris, Clayton, Kiley, and Dakota, but then Kiley and Dakota fell off, making me want to fall off, but I decided I would push today. I tried to keep up with them, but it felt like a really fast pace. So after about a mile or mile and a half I fell off and went to an easier pace, but I was still pushing somewhat. I don't really know why. Good day I guess. Then I noticed the beautiful view of the Salt Lake Valley, and my thoughts were immediately positive, and I was so happy during the rest of the run!! When I got to the turn-around point, I waited for Kiley and Dakota for a minute, then I ran back. I guess i was going kinda fast because Dakota and Kiley both were gone when I looked back :0 haha it's weird being in the front. I just tried to stay positive the rest of the run.  When I knew I was getting close, I sped up because I wanted to be done. But then when I thought I was done it turned out that I wasn't because we were at 9.2 or something not 10. Ug. Oh well, glad I got it over with. I felt like it was a good run. :)

AM:

We went to wheeler farm today. We did a warmup, and then stretched, and then did strides and 2 sets of the circuits we usually do, and then we went for a cool down to get us to 8, mixing it up and taking new roads or trails all around the farm. I realized that I was up with Tomy after a while and that everyone else had fallen back. But I felt alright so I kept up with him. with like 1.5 miles left I started to get tired, but tried to keep up, and I did!!! I started to fall off with like .5 left, but I was able to catch back up! :)

It's been a long time since I've blogged, and that's the problem. I can't remember what I did...I just know that I hit 55 this week, so I'm putting in what I think I must have done. :0
