| | Wasatch loop over to the zoo, then added up 13th to get to 10. I am super sore from yesterday, we went boating, and I went wake boarding and tubing, on the tube I was determined not to let go so I get sore muscles instead.

| | Liberty today, didn't get the memo that we were supposed to do our own runs today (probably because I was at girls camp) but 5 of us showed up. I did a lap warmup, a lap of fartlek to mix it up a bit, and a lap cool down.

| | Couldn't run this morning or else I would have, I had family pictures :/ I went later once it cooled down a bit but it was still hot. I went pretty slow, 8:30 average. But I wasn't in the mood to go fast. I did VA loop and Shriners run, then back the same way and a little farther along Foothill to get to 10. Knee bothered me for the first mile and a half, then warmed up and was fine. The last .75 it hurt again but in a different spot, more towards the other side. Rolled out and did core.
