Took 1900 E to Sunnyside and up to the zoo and back the same way. Started at just over 9:00 pace and finished at just under 8:00 pace. 8:32 average. I'm worried that I'm not going to be in good enough shape by January to start training with the team. But then again I'm less than a week into getting back into shape. Any advice on the best way to get in shape?

VA loop, 7:53 average. Fastest mile was 7:08 (downhill). It's good to know that I haven't lost everything, just need to get my endurance back.

Went to Regionals and got to see coach and the team! Probably ran a mile or more from booking it to cheer the team on.

I'm allergic to something. Have hives everywhere and itch like crazy. It's painful to walk and I kind of limp to avoid putting my weight on areas that hurt, so thought it best not to run so I don't get tight from limping.
