I ran for a year at SUU, then went on an LDS mission to Independence, Missouri. I will be returning to SUU in the fall.
My motivation has gone into the toilet. Time to start committing to a workout a day again. Even if I can't run I should at least try to do what I can. 3 miles on the elliptical today.
30 minutes on the elliptical, 1 mile on the treadmill (dang foot), then 4 miles on the stationary bike.
Core then finally gave in to running. Have been itching to go. Foot was feeling better, but unfortunately after 2 the pain intensified. Yes, probably really stupid of me. Will probably stick to bike and/or elliptical from now on.
